At Designed for Dogs, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tag-attached apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the products are free of pet hair or signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
